I used Pro mix recently for a project, based on a friends recommendation. Boy, was he right! I can’t tell you how happy we were with the results. These guys were absolutely spot on in every aspect of the project — more than I could ask for. They were professional from start to finish and reasonably priced for such a great service. The beauty is, you pay only for what you use and if you under estimate and need a bit more concrete (this happened to us!) it’s no problem. If you over estimate and need less concrete … again, no problem. You pay only for what you need!
They know customer service – from their friendly office staff to their professional driver. The driver was exactly on time as promised. He even called to give us updates, along with an exact arrival time. How refreshing that a company actually takes the time to tell its customers “exactly” when they will arrive on the job site? Made my contractor very happy!
Bottom line, I would use ProMix again in a heartbeat. I’ll recommend them to anyone looking to do a job large or small. Thanks to all the ProMix team. We really appreciate everything you guys did!
